تُخطَّط جراحة الجيوب والأذن على الصورة المقطعية — فالتشريح يختلف من شخص لآخر، والجرّاح يرسم المسار قبل العملية.
- تقارير أي عملية أو علاج سابقIf you have it
ما جرى سابقاً يحدّد ما يمكن عمله الآن. صور التقارير كافية.
- قائمة بكل الأدوية التي تتناولها
مميعات الدم وأدوية السكري وبعض المكمّلات تغيّر طريقة التخطيط للعملية، وبعضها يجب إيقافه قبلها.
After you arrive in Türkiye
The hospital does these. They are included in your package and usually take one morning.
- فحص بالمنظار
كاميرا دقيقة تُظهر الأنف أو الحنجرة أو الأذن مباشرة — فحص سريع في العيادة وغالباً هو النظرة الحاسمة.
- تحاليل الدم
صورة دم كاملة وتخثّر وسكر الدم وفحص التهاب الكبد B و C وفيروس نقص المناعة. فحوصات معيارية قبل أي عملية، وتُجرى عادة صباح وصولك.
- تقييم التخدير
يلتقيك طبيب التخدير قبل العملية للاطمئنان على القلب والصدر والأدوية، وللاتفاق على الخطة مع الجرّاح.

- هل تشخر أو تستيقظ ليلاً بانسداد؟
- هل من ضعف سمع أو طنين أو إفرازات من الأذن؟
- كم التهاباً أصابك في السنة الأخيرة، وهل نفعت المضادات؟
- هل أُجريت لك جراحة سابقة في الأنف أو الجيوب أو الأذن؟
You do not have to do this alone
Every patient is different. Once the doctor has read your file they may ask for one or two more things before confirming your plan — that is normal, and it is a sign your case is being looked at properly rather than waved through. If it happens, we tell you exactly what is needed and why, and you will see it added to this list.
If you cannot get a test at home, tell us. Most of them can be done in Türkiye instead, and we will arrange it.
