So there are no surprises. This is the usual list for this treatment.
Before you travel
Things to gather at home. Photographs of documents are fine — they do not need to be originals.
- أوقف استخدام العدسات اللاصقة قبل السفر
العدسات اللينة نحو أسبوعين، والصلبة ثلاثة إلى أربعة أسابيع. العدسات تغيّر شكل القرنية مؤقتاً، والليزر يُبرمَج على هذا القياس — فإن لبستها حتى موعد الرحلة يكون الفحص غير دقيق ولا يمكن إجراء العملية في تلك الزيارة.
- وصفة نظارتك الحالية، والقديمة إن توفّرت
يبحث الطبيب عن قياس ثابت تقريباً منذ سنة أو سنتين. القياس المتغيّر سبب لتأجيل العملية.
- أي علاج أو تشخيص سابق للعينIf you have it
جفاف العين، القرنية المخروطية في العائلة، الماء الأزرق، إصابة قديمة — كل منها يغيّر ما يمكن تقديمه بأمان.
After you arrive in Türkiye
The hospital does these. They are included in your package and usually take one morning.
- خريطة القرنية (توبوغرافي)
تصوير دقيق لشكل سطح العين. وهو ما ينفي أو يثبت القرنية المخروطية.
- قياس سماكة القرنية
يجب أن تبقى سماكة كافية بعد الليزر. هذا القياس أكثر من غيره يحدّد التقنية التي ستُعرض عليك.
- فحص كامل للعين بقطرات التوسيع
القطرات توسّع البؤبؤ لفحص الشبكية. تكون الرؤية ضبابية لبضع ساعات بعدها، فلا تخطّط لشيء في ذلك اليوم.
- فحص الدموع وجفاف العين
جفاف العين يزداد لفترة بعد الليزر. وإن كانت عيناك جافتين أصلاً يُعالَج ذلك أولاً.

- منذ متى وقياس نظرك ثابت؟
- هل تستخدم عدسات لاصقة، وأي نوع، ومتى آخر مرة لبستها؟
- هل تشعر بجفاف أو حرقة أو تعب في عينيك آخر النهار؟
- هل يوجد في عائلتك من لديه قرنية مخروطية؟
- هل ترى هالات حول الأضواء أو تجد صعوبة في القيادة ليلاً؟
- هل لديك أي مرض مناعي أو سكري؟
- هل أنتِ حامل أو مرضعة؟ هذا يغيّر النظر مؤقتاً.
You do not have to do this alone
Every patient is different. Once the doctor has read your file they may ask for one or two more things before confirming your plan — that is normal, and it is a sign your case is being looked at properly rather than waved through. If it happens, we tell you exactly what is needed and why, and you will see it added to this list.
If you cannot get a test at home, tell us. Most of them can be done in Türkiye instead, and we will arrange it.
