So there are no surprises. This is the usual list for this treatment.
Before you travel
Things to gather at home. Photographs of documents are fine — they do not need to be originals.

من الأمام، والجانبين، وزاويتين مائلتين، ومن الأسفل. يخطّط الجرّاح منها قبل وصولك.
- قائمة بكل الأدوية التي تتناولها
مميعات الدم وأدوية السكري وبعض المكمّلات تغيّر طريقة التخطيط للعملية، وبعضها يجب إيقافه قبلها.
- تقرير أي عملية أنف سابقةIf you have it
إعادة العملية تختلف تماماً عن العملية الأولى. يحتاج الجرّاح أن يعرف ما جرى للغضروف.
After you arrive in Türkiye
The hospital does these. They are included in your package and usually take one morning.
- تحاليل الدم
صورة دم كاملة وتخثّر وسكر الدم وفحص التهاب الكبد B و C وفيروس نقص المناعة. فحوصات معيارية قبل أي عملية، وتُجرى عادة صباح وصولك.
- تخطيط القلب (ECG)
روتيني لمن تجاوز الأربعين أو لديه تاريخ قلبي، ولا يستغرق وقتاً.
- تصوير طبي في المستشفى
تُلتقط بإضاءة ثابتة ومن زوايا محدّدة. وهي المرجع أثناء العملية وبعدها.
- فحص داخل الأنف
لرؤية الحاجز ومجرى الهواء. أحياناً يحتاج التنفس إلى تصحيح مع الشكل في الوقت نفسه.
- تقييم التخدير
يلتقيك طبيب التخدير قبل العملية للاطمئنان على القلب والصدر والأدوية، وللاتفاق على الخطة مع الجرّاح.

- هل هذه أول عملية أنف لديك أم تصحيح لعملية سابقة؟
- هل تتنفّس بالتساوي من الفتحتين؟
- هل تعرّض أنفك لكسر أو إصابة سابقاً؟
- هل لديك مشاكل في الجيوب الأنفية أو حساسية؟
- ما الذي تريد تغييره بالضبط؟ أشِر إليه على صورتك.
- هل تدخّن؟ التدخين يؤثّر على الالتئام هنا أكثر من أي مكان آخر تقريباً.
You do not have to do this alone
Every patient is different. Once the doctor has read your file they may ask for one or two more things before confirming your plan — that is normal, and it is a sign your case is being looked at properly rather than waved through. If it happens, we tell you exactly what is needed and why, and you will see it added to this list.
If you cannot get a test at home, tell us. Most of them can be done in Türkiye instead, and we will arrange it.
