So there are no surprises. This is the usual list for this treatment.
Before you travel
Things to gather at home. Photographs of documents are fine — they do not need to be originals.
- رنين مغناطيسي للمفصل إن أجريته
هذا أنفع شيء يمكنك إرساله. الأربطة والغضاريف والأوتار لا تظهر إلا بالرنين، وفي الركبة أو الكتف يحدّد عادة نوع العملية قبل سفرك. أحضِر القرص أو الملف، وليس التقرير المكتوب فقط.
- صور أشعة للمفصل
تُظهر العظم ومسافة المفصل. وفي تبديل الورك أو الركبة منها يُحدَّد حجم المفصل الصناعي.
- تقارير أي عملية أو علاج سابقIf you have it
ما جرى سابقاً يحدّد ما يمكن عمله الآن. صور التقارير كافية.
- قائمة بكل الأدوية التي تتناولها
مميعات الدم وأدوية السكري وبعض المكمّلات تغيّر طريقة التخطيط للعملية، وبعضها يجب إيقافه قبلها.
After you arrive in Türkiye
The hospital does these. They are included in your package and usually take one morning.
- فحص المفصل
يحرّك الجرّاح المفصل ويختبره بنفسه. الصور تُظهر البنية، والفحص وحده يُظهر كيف يعمل.
- أشعة بوضعية الوقوف
تُلتقط والوزن على المفصل، فتُظهر المسافة الحقيقية. الأشعة بوضعية الاستلقاء قد تبدو أفضل بكثير من الواقع.
- تحاليل الدم
صورة دم كاملة وتخثّر وسكر الدم وفحص التهاب الكبد B و C وفيروس نقص المناعة. فحوصات معيارية قبل أي عملية، وتُجرى عادة صباح وصولك.
- تخطيط القلب (ECG)
روتيني لمن تجاوز الأربعين أو لديه تاريخ قلبي، ولا يستغرق وقتاً.
- تقييم التخدير
يلتقيك طبيب التخدير قبل العملية للاطمئنان على القلب والصدر والأدوية، وللاتفاق على الخطة مع الجرّاح.

- كيف بدأت المشكلة — بإصابة أم تدريجياً مع الوقت؟
- منذ متى والألم موجود؟
- أي حركة تؤلمك، وما الذي لم تعد قادراً على فعله؟
- هل يعلق المفصل أو يخذلك أو ينتفخ؟
- هل تلقّيت إبراً أو علاجاً طبيعياً أو جراحة له؟
- كم تستطيع المشي قبل أن تضطر للتوقّف؟
- ما الذي تتطلّبه طبيعة عملك من هذا المفصل؟
- هل هناك مفصل آخر متأثّر؟
You do not have to do this alone
Every patient is different. Once the doctor has read your file they may ask for one or two more things before confirming your plan — that is normal, and it is a sign your case is being looked at properly rather than waved through. If it happens, we tell you exactly what is needed and why, and you will see it added to this list.
If you cannot get a test at home, tell us. Most of them can be done in Türkiye instead, and we will arrange it.
