Common questions

What is included in a package?+

A package normally covers the treatment itself, your hotel stay, airport transfers, transport to and from the hospital, and coordination by your case manager. Return flights are included in most packages — the package page tells you exactly what is included before you choose.

Is the price I see final?+

The price you see is a package range. The final price depends on the doctor’s assessment of your case, your travel dates, airline prices, hotel availability and any extra services you choose. Your case manager confirms the exact price with you before anything is booked.

How do monthly instalments work?+

You apply through one of our partner banks. We prepare and submit your file, and the bank reviews it and makes the final decision. Terms of 12, 24 and 36 months are commonly available, and Murabaha options are offered by participating Islamic banks according to each bank’s own terms. The monthly figure you see on our site is an estimate until the bank approves.

Do I need a guarantor?+

It depends on the bank and on your employment. Some products need a guarantor, some accept one optionally, and some do not need one at all. When you choose instalments we show you which banks need a guarantor before you apply.

What documents do I need?+

To start: your passport and a few photos related to your treatment. If you apply for instalments the bank will also ask for a salary certificate and usually a bank statement. Your case page always shows exactly what is still missing.

Do you arrange the visa?+

No — you apply for your visa yourself. We tell you whether one is needed for your nationality and we can provide the supporting documents from the hospital. Once your visa is approved, let your case manager know and we finalise the travel plan.

How long does the whole process take?+

For a cash patient, usually two to three weeks from opening a case to travelling. With bank instalments, add the bank’s review time — typically three to seven working days. Most treatments require a stay of three to six nights in Türkiye.

Can someone travel with me?+

Yes. Tell your case manager how many companions are coming and we arrange the room, transfers and airport pickup for the whole group. Companion costs are quoted separately and clearly.

Which hospital and doctor will I go to?+

Our medical coordination team selects the hospital and doctor for your case based on your procedure, the doctor’s availability and their track record with similar cases. You are told the hospital and doctor before you travel, and every provider we work with is licensed and authorised.

What if I need to cancel or change my dates?+

Rescheduling is usually possible — talk to your case manager as early as you can. Packages are generally non-refundable after confirmation, because hospital, hotel and flight bookings are made on your behalf. Where a supplier does refund us, that amount is passed on to you.

How do I talk to a real person?+

Tap “Talk to our team” and you will reach us on WhatsApp. A coordinator replies during working hours, in Arabic, Kurdish or English.
