IVF and fertility care

Which procedure are you interested in?

Not sure? Choose the closest one — our team will confirm with you.

Monthly payments shown are through our partner banks in Iraq, including Murabaha options. They are estimates, not offers — the bank decides.

What the doctor will need from you

So there are no surprises. This is the usual list for this treatment.

Before you travel

Things to gather at home. Photographs of documents are fine — they do not need to be originals.

  • Marriage certificate, plus both passports

Turkish law allows IVF only for a married couple, and the clinic must see the certificate before treatment begins. Both husband and wife have to attend. Without it no clinic in Türkiye can start, whatever else is ready — so please confirm this first.

  • Hormone tests for the wife

AMH, and FSH, LH and estradiol taken on day two or three of the cycle, with TSH and prolactin. Together they estimate ovarian reserve, which is what the protocol and the dose are built on.

  • Semen analysis for the husband, from the last six months

It decides between standard IVF and ICSI, and occasionally points to a treatable cause that is quicker than IVF.

  • Infection screening for both of you

Hepatitis B, hepatitis C, HIV and syphilis. Required by the laboratory before any embryo work.

  • Reports from any previous IVF attemptIf you have it

The medicines used, how many eggs were collected and what happened to the embryos. A previous cycle tells the doctor more than any single test.

After you arrive in Türkiye

The hospital does these. They are included in your package and usually take one morning.

  • Ultrasound and follicle count

Checks the womb and counts the resting follicles in each ovary. Done at the start of the cycle.

  • Hormone tests repeated at the clinic

Hormones move month to month, and the dose is set from the current numbers rather than the ones you brought.

  • Your treatment plan and injection schedule

You are taught how and when to give the injections yourself. Ask them to write the timings down.

What the doctor will ask you

Worth thinking about before the consultation. Clear answers here save a day.

  • How long have you been trying?
  • Have there been any pregnancies before, including ones that were lost?
  • Is the cycle regular, and how many days?
  • Have you had IVF before? How many attempts, and what was the result each time?
  • Any surgery on the womb, tubes or ovaries?
  • Any long-term illness, or thyroid problems?
  • What are both of your ages?
  • Does either of you smoke?

You do not have to do this alone

Every patient is different. Once the doctor has read your file they may ask for one or two more things before confirming your plan — that is normal, and it is a sign your case is being looked at properly rather than waved through. If it happens, we tell you exactly what is needed and why, and you will see it added to this list.

If you cannot get a test at home, tell us. Most of them can be done in Türkiye instead, and we will arrange it.
